Christopher Voolaid is the founding General Partner of Ordovian and chairs its Investment Committee. He works with family offices, private equity and institutional investors on complex, cross-border transactions across infrastructure, energy, sports and real assets, from origination and structuring to capital formation.

He has supported more than €50M in capital formation and worked directly with LPs and investment committees at institutions representing over €10B in AUM. His earlier career spans INVL Family Office & Asset Management, LHV Asset Management, Compensa Vienna Insurance Group and Startup Wise Guys.

Attila Tóth is a Partner and Chief Strategist at Ordovian and a member of the Investment Committee. He leads digital due diligence and technology risk across the group’s transactions, where digital infrastructure, data integrity and scalability bear directly on value.

As co-founder of Cognitive Creators, he has advised OTP Bank, Deutsche Telekom, LAT Nitrogen, OMV and Electrolux on digitalisation, transformation and brand valuation.

EXPERIENCE & PERSPECTIVE

André Yeghiazarian is a Director of Ordovian and a member of its Investment Committee. He is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer specialising in financial and civil fraud, asset-tracing, shipping and superyachts, and cross-border enforcement, with matters before the High Court, the Court of Appeal and international arbitration.

His work includes defending a USD 3 billion worldwide freezing order and acting on USD 2 billion fraud and EUR 200 million superyacht disputes. He is a Senior Associate at gunnercooke llp, with a law degree from the University of Warwick and an LLM in International Arbitration.
